Covid-19 and Curbside: What you need to know

As we begin our season with Curbside Takeout, our number one priority is the safety of our LL Fam. Along with our already rigorous cleaning protocols, Lobsta Land is taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and customers through additional staff certifications from ServSafe, a training focused on best practices in regard to COVID-19. 

From food preparation to how the bag you take it home in is handled, we are addressing every step of our process with increased vigilance. Read on to see how we are handling curbside pickup, delivery, and preorders.

Curbside Pickup

No Public Entry to the Restaurant

  • Call 978-281-0415 to place your order:

    • Please have your credit card number and expiration date ready

    • If you would like to leave a gratuity for the restaurant staff we are able to add it while we are processing your order over the phone

    • We understand lines may be busy, we ​have forwarded to additional phones, which may be why you are receiving mailbox full messages

  • We will give you a time estimate: Plan on arriving in our parking lot around your time estimate

  • We will call you when your food is ready. Due to the difficulty of getting through on our phone lines, our staff will call you when your order is ready. If you are already here when your order is ready we will bring it out and place it under our "takeout" tent at the front of the building. 

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders will be taken:

TUESDAY-FRIDAY Noon-3:00 pm 

SATURDAY & SUNDAY 10:30-1:00 pm

  • We will be taking a limited number of same-day preorders. 

  • Orders may be picked up on the half-hour (example: 5 pm, 5:30 pm, 6 pm)

  • The number of Pre-orders available will be based on expected peak times, and maybe adjusted as needed.

  • Call 978-281-0415 to place your order:
